TODAY a report from the british Medical journal (BMJ) revealed that coffee could have some health benefits.
Researchers from The University of Southampton looked at over 200 studies about the impact of coffee on the human body. They found that seven cups of coffee a day could be good for you.
Some links were made between coffee drinkers and reduced heart and liver diseases and reduction orisk of cancer.
UWS newsroom asked its followers how many cups of coffee they consumed a day. The poll below shows the results.
