THE MAN of the moment right now – Kendrick Lamar – will come to Glasgow this summer for the first time since 2022.
Lamar will be joined by long time collaborator SZA, and the two will perform in the United States first before moving across the pond to continue their world tour including a July date at Hampden.
Off-the-back of performing at the half time show at Super Bowl LIX (59), the two have never been more popular, especially Kendrick Lamar after dissing fellow rap star Drake multiple times throughout the year and also at the aforementioned Super Bowl.
Kendrick Lamar will likely play hits from his latest studio album ‘GNX’, such as ‘squabble up’, ‘heart pt. 6’, ‘reincarnated’ and much more.
The duo are also expected to play their most famous hits from the last few years in ‘All the Stars’, ‘Luther’ and ‘Gloria’.
Speaking to a fan, Liam, he said: “I don’t care much for SZA apart from a few tunes, but for Kendrick, I can’t wait. Hopefully he plays some of his old hits as well but regardless I’m expecting a great gig.
Tickets for the July 8 gig will go live at 9am on TicketMaster, as the expectancy is that tickets will sell quick.
